Native XAVC-L file editing with FCP X on Mac  Ingest-xavc-l-footage-into-final-cut-pro


Work with XAVC-Long GOP footage natively in FCP X

Overview: It is a pity that FCP X hardly supports 4K raw XAVC-L files, even in the most recent FCP X 10.2. Some tips and tricks for Sony PXW-FS7 XAVC and FCP 7 workflow are listed below. If you are a XAVC-L video users, pls read on.
