Aunsoft TransMXF pro for Mac is good at converting MXF file to QuickTime, FCP, iMovie, Avid, etc even on the latest Marvericks 10.9.1. It can also convert MXF to MOV, MKV, and MP4 with multiple audio tracks preserved.
multiple audio tracks ProRes 422, ProRes 422 LT, ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes 4444 for FCP.
