Converting Sony MXF to ProRes to Final Cut Pro 6/7/X Ob_f9b4a8_2014-09-09-15-29-10

Final Cut Pro is almost the most popular video editing software at present. More and more video enthusiasts, editors, and even film makers prefer Final Cut Pro out of its powerful performance and compatibility. It supports a great number of simultaneously composited video tracks, unlimited audio tracks and multi-camera editing for combining video, as well as standard ripple, roll, slip, slide, scrub, razor blade and time remapping edit functions and so on.

Although Final Cut Pro has countless well-known formidable functions, it is also “nitpicking” to importing formats of videos. For example, as we all know, most camcorders output MXF files, but it is not allowed to directly edit MXF in Final Cut Pro. Before the postproduction, I should convert Sony MXF to ProRes for Final Cut Pro. Here I would recommend you a piece of fantastic converter which I have used for one year without making any mistakes – Aunsoft TransMXF Pro for Mac.
