What's the best Samsung Kies Alternative

Plenty of Samsung phone users want to know whether there is an alternative to to the Samsung Kies software to manage files and something like that from phone or tablet to computer. The reason people are not using Kies is the fact that KIES is sucks and Samsung support websites were no use at all. Unbelievable that a named smartphone cannot sync MS Tasks and that calender apps don't sync efficiently, contacts double up and memo/notes are butchered. So returning to the first topic, can there be an alternative to Samsung Kies that actually works whenever reliably (like a blackberry)?

I often process the postproduction in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.
